Computer Use Agreement Statement

I agree to use the computer, software, Internet and related equipment at Andrew Carnegie Free Library with the understanding that I am responsible for their appropriate use. I realize that I am responsible for any damage that may occur while I am using this software and equipment. I, hereby, hold harmless the Andrew Carnegie Free Library (including the library's Board of Trustees, employees, agents, and subcontractors) for the content of the material that is retrieved through the Internet, and for any actions that may occur as a result of such actions.

I agree to comply with the Andrew Carnegie Free Library Computer and Internet Policy.
